Our inspectors understand internal code AWS D1.1 and EN’s Specifications, welding procedures and welders qualifications, NDE as VT, MT, PT, RT, UT, Phased Array, TOFD.
Welding traceability, welder’s qualifications, process control and monitoring of production, NDE and Pressure testing.
Inspection of that Installation is being carried out according the proper P&ID (Piping and Instrument Diagrams) or MFD (Mechanical Flow Diagrams).
Pressure testing, drying, cleaning, painting, insulation, acceptance and commissioning of units.
Control of final documentation, CE and PED directives follow up until final approval.
